Tiera offers a range of services to meet the needs of every client.

Many clients prefer to invest at the start of their journey and these Counselling Pathways have been designed with this committed intention in mind.

Are you hoping to have longer term support? Tiera is happy to work with you to create a custom Renaissance Pathway.

Please note all Pathway options have time conditions of use. They are designed to be used on a weekly basis. To accommodate changes and interruptions, each pathway has some flexibility in use for when life happens.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars, and are GST inclusive.

  • 30 minute Assessment Session

    Taking time to consider your goals and your needs, this assessment session is designed to explore the pathways and make decisions about the best option based on the needs you have. This is not counselling.

    This appointment also gives you an opportunity to ‘try me out’ and see if we are a good match.

    There is no obligation to commit to a pathway. If we decide to work together, the assessment fee will be applied to any pathway investment chosen.

  • 6 hours of counselling

    A starting point if you are a new to therapy or feeling unsure.

    Conditions of use: Expires 8 weeks after initial session

  • 8 hours of counselling

    You are ready to better understand yourself and your patterns, while exploring self-compassionate pathways forward.

    Investment $1,840.00

    Conditions of use: Expires 10 weeks after initial session

  • 12 hours of counselling

    A supportive space for a deeper exploration and assessment of the sustainability of your systems.

    Investment $2,700.00

    Conditions of use: Expires 16 weeks after initial session

  • 20 hours of counselling

    An opportunity to build a stronger and valuable interventions and systems for committed clients.
